In 2020, the Town engaged the firm Catalyse to conduct the district wide Markyt Community Scorecard.

The Scorecard was designed to evaluate community needs and aspirations in order to inform budget decisions, strategic planning and performance evaluation for the Town. The information derived from the Scorecard was influential in shaping the Strategic Community Plan for the district.

In 2022, we are doing it again! The survey will be live until 3 June 2022.

These survey results will be significant to the Town, as it will assist with the interim review of the Strategic Community Plan, the alignment of the Town’s strategic direction with resident aspirations, and identification of areas for improvement in the Town’s service delivery.

Catalyse will only contact you via mail or email to provide a copy of the survey and a reminder notice closer to the closing date. They will not contact you via phone or provide any spam mail or future promotions.
