9 April - Homemade remedies for cold and flu season - fire cider, vitamin C powder, made from citrus peel, 14 May - Pickling and Lacto-fermenting techniques to preserve, add nutrient value and taste. 11 June - Making stocks and soup bases using vegetables, herbs and weeds. Using the parts of vegetables that would usually be thrown out. 9 July - Making vinegars from food scraps 13 August - Focus on Citrus, fermented, dried, candied. 10 September - Fermented vegetables 8 October - Mustards and condiments 12 November - Christmas treats to make in advance using seasonal produce.
