'Come and Try' for Seniors Week! Tuesday Activities

Tuesday 12 November 2024, activities begin at 8:45 am and run to 1:30 pm.
Chair yoga for seniors is a modified form of traditional yoga that adapts various poses to be performed while sitting on a chair or using it for support. It is a gentle way to improve flexibility, balance, and strength without putting too much stress on the joints, making it ideal for seniors and those with limited mobility.
Then stick around for a yummy morning tea and a chat. Join in the 'Drop in Games'. It is a fun, friendly group that enjoys playing card and board games. They're also happy to welcome new members. Deb will also be there on Tuesday to demonstrate how you can make your chicken go further and you can take home a meal.
