'Come and Try' for Seniors Week! Thursday Activities

Thursday 12 November 2024, activities begin at 9:00 am and run to 1:30 pm.
Thursday's activities start with Yoga! Cindy, the teacher encourages you to push yourself a bit more in this class, but it is still fun. Yoga is good for your mind and body because it builds strength and flexibility, helping you manage pain and reduce stress.
Enjoy a chat afterwards and some morning tea. Later you can join other over 55's for a game of Scrabble. Scrabble is an enjoyable way to keep your mind sharp and improve your vocabulary.
