Rights of Way are parcels of land that were originally created to facilitate sanitary collection at the rear of properties prior to reticulated sewerage. In many cases, the Right of Way often remains registered against a deceased person or defunct company.  The Town has prepared a draft Rights of Way Strategy for the future management of Rights of Way. 

On 24 August 2021, Council resolved to advertise the draft Rights of Way Strategy. 

Following the close of the submission period, Council will review the submissions and consider the draft Rights of Way Strategy for final approval.
