Public Health Plan – Community Consultation Questionnaire - Survey closed at 5pm, Wednesday 30 June 2021.

Between 1 June and 30 June 2021, residents were asked to complete the Public Health Plan Community Consultation Questionnaire to inform the future Public Health Plan.  More than 200 people completed the survey.  Thank you to everyone who provided their responses.

The information collected will help the Town of Bassendean to develop strategies and actions that will benefit the health and wellbeing of our community.  The Town will now proceed to draft the Public Health Plan and will undertake further consultation on the draft in late 2021-early 2022.
