The Town of Bassendean has received a development application for retrospective Change of Use (Motor Vehicles, Boat and Caravan Sales (Hire) at Lots 3 & 4, Units 3 & 4, No. 27 May Holman Drive, Bassendean. The retrospective land use of Motor Vehicles, Boat and Caravan Sales (Hire) in the General Industrial area where the subject site is located in which is an ‘A’ use under the Local Planning Scheme 10 (LPS10) and pending Local Planning Scheme 11 (LPS11).

Under the Town’s LPS10/LPS11, an ‘A’ land use requires advertising prior to the Town exercising its discretion and determining the application. Further information and plans are available below.
