Swan Districts Function Centre

The Swan Districts Football Club is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and as a result all functions involving alcohol require food to be served.

There are four main areas available for hire.

The Function Room

The Function Room is located on the second floor and has balcony views of the Steel Blue Oval. The large, versatile room can be equipped for any event with a dance floor, stage, tables, chairs and evaporative air conditioning. It features a large wrap-around bar with beer on tap as well as a variety of drinks on offer. Ideal for private functions, fund raisers, weddings, dance groups, exhibitions, special interest groups, meetings and more.

Seats up to 500.

Members Lounge

The Members' Bar and Lounge on the second floor gives you a great view of the grounds from the balcony or indoors. It has comfortable seating, a bar with beers on tap, and an open fire for events in winter and air conditioning for summer functions. This area is suitable for cocktail parties, dinners, meetings and birthday parties.*The Members' Bar is open during home games from 12pm. It is also open every Friday from 5pm.

Seats 150 comfortably.

Percy Bright/ Haydn Bunton Lounge

The Percy Bright/Haydn Bunton Lounge is Swans' VIP lounge and offers panoramic views of the ground from its luxury seating. The room is ideal for smaller groups and suitable for cocktail parties, dinners, meetings and pre dinner drinks. This venue also features a private bar and dining area.

Seats 80 comfortably or 120 cocktail style.

Dining Room

The Dining Room is the ultimate party room. It is ideal for events such as 18th’s, 21st’s or Buck’s and Hen’s nights that include a band or DJ as it has a stage area and a dance floor to party the night away. Seats 100.

Audio Visual Facilities
The Swan Districts Football Club will do everything we can to make your next function your most memorable. In the Function Room we are able to provide equipment such as a video projector and screen, audio system, microphones, TVs, video, white boards and pin-up boards. Equipment for the other areas can be provided upon request.

Kitchen
Full catering services available. Fridge, 8 warming trays, sinks, gas stove and oven, large urn, plenty of bench space, kiosk style.

Car park for 100 cars during office hours plus extensive street parking at all hours. Close to bus routes and Success Hill train station.

The Swan Districts Football Club Function Centre is 15 minutes from the CBD and just 10 minutes from the airport.

Bassendean Bowling Club

Main Hall

A large hall with polished wooden floor and raised stage area. Attached to the hall is a fully licensed bar area which also has seating capacity. The whole facility is licenced including the greens (strictly no BYO). Outside the hall is a paved area with further seating for up to 60 people, with a bbq. The hall is available to be booked for various functions including birthdays wedding receptions, yoga and Zumba classes. There is a PA system which is wired to all areas. The building has adequate wiring for presentations, bands, displays and most other uses. The facility is available to anyone wishing to book it. All groups are welcome.

Greens

The Club has 3 greens, with at least 2 available all the time. Each green can accommodate up to 60 bowlers at once with all equipment provided. Greens are a part of the licenced area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cool room, freezer, fridge, ovens, microwave stovetop. Catering can be provided by the club, or you can select your own caterers (subject to club approval).

Maltese Association of WA Community Centre

Main Hall

A large hall with parquetry floor, selection of round or trestle tables, chairs, stage area, evaporative air conditioning and covered paved outdoor area. Ideal for private functions, fundraisers, dance groups, exhibitions, special interest groups, meetings and more. Close to Ashfield Train Station. Fully licensed bar facilities available. Overhead projector with screen.
